A 45 min session designed for individuals with sedentary occupations who are seeking to enhance their hip flexibility and posture.
What to expect?
This session focuses on improving your range of motion, flexibility, and joint mobility, through exercises that will target specific areas such as the hips and spine.
In this session, we utilise a variety of functional tools like, resistance bands, foam rollers, and stability balls.
