A 45 mins session that focuses on exercises aimed at strengthening targeted muscle groups while ensuring the body remains steady and balanced.

Anyone experiencing:

- Muscle degradation

- Pain and stiffness

- Reduced mobility around joints

What to expect? 

A combination of strength exercises and stability to improve joint stability, and build resilience.
