Join us at Kian Proactive Health and Fitness Club for our comprehensive "Injury Prevention & Recovery" class, split into two parts over two weekends.


In Part 1, we'll focus on your spine, shoulder, and neck. Our experienced trainers will guide you through targeted exercises to improve posture, enhance stability, and increase flexibility in the neck and trunk.


In Part 2, we'll address injury prevention and recovery for the hip, knee, and ankle. You'll learn techniques to strengthen and protect these lower body joints.
