About the session

A 45 mins session designed for beginners who are new to weightlifting and eager to master proper techniques.


What to expect?

In this class, we'll focus on teaching you the foundational movements and techniques essential for weightlifting safely and effectively, to reduce the chance of injury. 


Once you've mastered these fundamentals, you'll be ready to join group classes at Kian ProActive with the assurance of having a solid understanding of lifting techniques.
